Crap Porn

Am I an expert in porn? Not by a long shot. I can’t name half of the porn chicks out there doing double anal on Zero Tolerance DVDs. But why do crappy looking porn sites piss me off so much? Is it because I still remember back in the days when I got burned? Or maybe it was those endless loops of pop-ups that always ended by me pulling the plug on my computer.

I admit I’m used to watching the lame Playboy TV shows and European chicks on Private videos. That’s what I dig the most. Videos that is filled to the rim with eye popping Eurochicks slurping french chocolate while she adjusts her oh-so 80’s pair of shades.

The death knell of console porn…I pray for the day when all the cheese starved rats that call themselves adult webmasters (a.k.a. lying scumbags) go fucking broke and shuts down their anachronistic paysites. A few hours ago I came across a bunch of pics I downloaded off a porn newsgroup 8 years ago…and guess fuckin’ what? Those are the same photos I use to make sales with nowadays. Hannah Harper posing for Hustler…back then I didn’t even know who she was.

I stare hard in a mirror and ask myself, “do I REALLY care if some horny idiot signs up to a pornsite named Smuck’s Amateurs or whatever and it dawns on him he paid 40 bucks to look at a bunch of blurry ass jpegs?”

Maybe I’m just pampering my own guilt about spending time peddling porn on the net when I could be out helping starved kids in Bali or something. I could tell myself, I’m building a website that kicks CNN.com’s ass plus it makes a load of money every day AND I’m doing all these surfers a favor.

Yeahh right…

Every guy I listen to on webcam confirms my belief that most guys who sign up to paysites aren’t newbies. Like these guys in Brooke Skye’s chat. I guess it’s kinda like an obsession gone haywire to the point where nothing matters except realizing that one idea.

It’s like building a paper airplane and seeing if it got wings.

FarCry Frame Rate

So the other day I finally bought Farcry for the PC plus 512 MB of additional ram. I got an 3200+ AMD Athlon 64, 1 GIG of RAM and NVidia GeForce FX5200 XT with 128 MB DDR.

But the sucker still doesn’t run smoothly in some indoor areas unless I drop settings to medium/low! Do I really have to dump another 200-300 bucks on a 256 MB video card??

I know, I should buy an Xbox instead, rent games then copy em for a buck. I guess I’m just stubborn.

Today I get an email back from him letting me know they’re thinking of improving their video quality — cool, so there’s still some hope left in this terrorist-driven world.

Civ III

I spent the past weekend playing Sid Meir’s Civ III. It’s a turn-based 2-D strategy game where you build up a nation, build an empire and take over the world. The graphics isn’t great but man, it’s more addictive than porn or AAO. I’m sitting here reading webmaster forums and checking emails, but all I can think of is playing more Civ! Flappin’ My Mouth

So a few hours ago, I got an email response from Desirae Spencer at Naughty at Home giving me an ok to check out her site for me to write a review on it at my new review site, paysitestripsearch.com. I spent a few hours looking at her pics, which were actually way hotter than her gallery pics. I also got stuck in the bonus video section. Sure, I’ll end up typing a bunch of crap that you won’t care reading about, but I’m going to post stuff that rolls off the top of my head. I’m gonna talk about all the stuff I’m thinking about while I dabble in this porn business, all my opinions that I don’t bother telling other webmasters. Ok, I’m not going to pretend like I know much about the biz, but at least I’ll be writing what I really think, instead of a bunch of bullshit just to stick in a link somewhere in my blog.

So, any time I get a mental block or if there’s nothing interesting to post on the forums, I’ll come over here and rant. Lucky you

Redesign

Today, I decided to make this blog easier on the eyes. So if you notice that the page keeps changing around on you, that’s me playing with the CSS file The redesign is still in progress, you’ll know when I’m done fixing the page, lol.

Also, I’ll post more recent photos from one of my favorite sites, Simonscans.com (aka Simon Scans), as well as maybe a few photos from another hot site, Abby Winters, so stay tuned.

Update: I applied a template to the page after struggling with the CSS by hand and now the page looks slightly better, lol. It still looks like I just installed Wordpress so I’ll keep working on it. I also added a few new categories to make my posts easier to find.

Rant about Adult Webmasters

Here’s my rant of the day. Most adult webmasters I know seem to have this “if it makes money, do it” mentality. One guy I respected said this: “surfers are your prey.” Now, shit like that bothers me. People who sign up to pay sites I promote I consider my customers. I provide a service by guiding them to a site I think they’ll like, and then I get a little commission out of it. It’s an even give and take. But these other adult webmasters seem to be a different breed. They pretend to be telling you the truth and helping you out, when in reality they’re trying to pull a fast one on you and milking you for all you’re worth.

In this business, some will do whatever it takes to make money off surfers. They don’t care if they put up a “Click here for hot pussy” text on their site that leads to the crappiest porn site on the web with sextracker on the tour, “free email” scams, “free trials” that fools you into signing up to a site that’ll charge you 50 bucks on your visa card 2 days later. First they tell me, “Who are you to say which site is crap and which site is good?” Well if the site has tiny 20×30 pics all ripped off from a newsgroup I’ve seen 1000000 times before, that’s crap to me. And if a surfer new to online porn doesn’t think that, then it’s MY JOB to tell them to STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM CRAP ASS SITES so they don’t get scammed.

I’m only a year into this business, and I learned a few tricks of my own from these other webmasters. But you know what? I’m gonna throw them out the window because 50% of what they taught me is “how to scam the surfer.” It makes me sad.

My next project in the works is a review site and porn surfers’ forum. The review site won’t recommend any sites, but will rate them according to a demanding set of criterias. It will definitely be more than the other review sites out there, some of them are more like extended banner ads trying to trick surfers into signing up to lame pay sites. The forum will have tips for newbies so they can avoid some obvious online porn scams that tricks surfers into signing up to a pay site with a ridiculous price tag. Hopefully, it’ll also have a collection of actual horror stories for people to read and avoid.
